CSAs the Week of January 18, 2021

This week's CSAs have the following items: 

Small Veggies with Fruit Shares: celery root, fennel, spinach or baby bok choy, crimini mushrooms, white potatoes, Granny Smith apples, Jonagold apples, parsley or mint, and winter squash: Kubocha, Hubbard, or butternut. 

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: kohlrabi or Brussels sprouts, onions, escarole, parsley or mint, celery root, fennel, spinach or baby bok choy, crimini mushrooms, white potatoes, Granny Smith apples, Jonagold apples, and winter squash: Kubocha, Hubbard, or butternut. 

Fruit Only Shares:  dried strawberries, Pink Lady apples, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.

CSAs the Week of January 11, 2021

This week's CSAs have the following:

Small Veggies with Fruit: broccoli, spinach, beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Cameo apples.  

Large Veggies with Fruit: rutabaga, onions, dried tomatoes, either kale or Swiss chard, or broccoli rabe, broccoli, spinach, beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Cameo apples. 

Fruit Only: dried apples, and 3 varieties of apples: Jonagold, Fuji, and Gala.  

And, the seasonal fruit of the week is Jonagold apples.

CSAs the Week of January 4, 2021

Small Veggies with Fruit Share: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spaghetti or acorn squash, baby bok choy, broccoli rabe, onions, thyme, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples.  

Large Veggies with Fruit Share: a mix of radishes and salad turnips, black eyed peas, red potatoes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts. spaghetti or acorn squash, baby bok choy, broccoli rabe, onions, thyme, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples. 

Fruit Only Shares: dried cranberries, and three varieties of apples: Fuji, Granny Smith, Jonagold. 


Meat Shares -
Trio: turkey backs, turkey wings, ground beef, stew meat, chicken legs, chicken breast, bacon, pork loin roast 

Chicken Only: whole chicken, legs, breasts, tomato basil sausage
