CSAs the week of 1-27-20

Can you believe it's already the last week of January?! This week you will find in the shares:

Small Veggies with Fruit: winter squash, broccoli or broccoli rabe, fennel or cabbage, escarole, spinach, carrots, apple cider, cameo apples, fuji apples (my favorite), and cilantro or dill.


Large Veggies with Fruit: Heirloom pumpkin, cabbage, leeks, celery root, lettuce, broccoli or broccoli rabe, escarole, spinach, carrots, apple cider, cameo apples, fuji apples, cilantro or dill, and oregano or rosemary.


Fruit Only: cameo, mutsu, and fuji apples, and apple cider.

CSAs the Week of 1-20-20

Small Veggies with Fruit: gold potatoes, broccoli, chard, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, fuji and pink lady apples, and rosemary or cilantro.

Large Veggies with Fruit: gold potatoes, broccoli, chard, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, fennel, mizuna or dandelion or salad greens, kohlrabi or cabbage, fuji and pink lady apples, chives or tarragon, and rosemary or cilantro.

Fruit Only: apple cider, fuji apples, pink lady apples, granny smith apples.

CSAs the Week of 1-13-2020

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, kale, spinach, kohlrabi, parsley, Mutsu apples, and Pink Lady apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus either Jerusalem artichokes or Daikon radish, baby bok choy or Boston Bibb lettuce, cauliflower, and cutting celery or rosemary.

Fruit Only Shares: dried cranberries, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady apples.

CSAs the Week of 1-6-2020

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: Brussels sprouts, spaghetti squash, Romaine, leeks, fennel, spinach, rosemary, Fuji apples, and Cameo apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items (in larger amounts), plus mushrooms, beets, broccoli, and something new: cutting celery.

Fruit Only Shares: cranberries, Pink Lady apples, either Jonagold or Cameo apples, and perhaps a few strawberries.
