Shares for the last week of February:

All Veggie with Fruit shares have bok choy, swiss chard, beets, sweet potatoes, onions, 1/2 celery root, pear butter, and fuji apples.

Large Veggie with Fruit shares have dandelion greens, cauliflower, spring mix, and red potatoes.

Herbs are cilantro, chives, or oregano.

Fruit Only shares have asian pears, empire apples, rome apples, and pear butter.

Shares for the week of Feb 16th have....

All Veggie with Fruit shares have brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, collards, purple potatoes, radishes, and pink lady apples.

Large Veggie with Fruit shares also have mustard greens, broccoli rabe, bok choy, and onions

Herbs are mint or chives

Fruit Only shares have asian pears, granny smith apples, golden delicious apples, and cameo apples.

This week the shares have...

Veggie with Fruit shares have parsnips, mustard greens, carrots, broccoli, rutabaga, potatoes, and cameo apples.

LARGE Veggie with Fruit shares also have swiss chard, red cabbage, turnips, and onions.

Herbs are parsley or rosemary.

Fruit Only shares have granny smiths, red delicious, and pink lady apples.

First week of February shares...

All Veggie with Fruit: bok choy, kale, butternut squash, 1/2 celery root, red onions, sweet potatoes, granny smith apples, and fuji apples.

Large shares also have fennel, escarole or collards, leeks, watercress, and kabocha instead of butternut. 

Herbs are cilantro or thyme. 

Fruit shares have dried strawberries, golden delicious, empire, and cameo apples. 

Highland Orchards Farm Market, is a small, family-owned and operated farm in northern Delaware, established 1832. We grow fruits and vegetables without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. We sell our produce through our farm market located on the farm, through our CSA program, and at two farmers’ markets in Philadelphia. Real food, a real farm, for people who really like to eat!
