Shares the week of December 25th

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit: sweet potatoes, mini hubbard or kobacha squash, onions, radishes, lentils, apple cider, cameo apples, jonagold apples, and thyme or mint.

Large Veggies with Fruit:  the above plus broccoli, beets, parsnips, and oregano or parsley.

Fruit Only: apple cider, cranberries, and mutsu, granny, and pink lady apples.

These are the last shares of 2017! We hope you have enjoyed our CSA program and will continue your dedication to us and to you in 2018.

Shares the Week of December 18, 2017

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: spaghetti squash, leeks, either escarole or lettuce, spinach, parsley, red potatoes, broccoli, and both Fuji and Granny apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: all of the above, plus red cabbage, garlic, dill, Brussels sprouts, and either extra apples or a bundle of cranberries.

Fruit Only Shares: a pint of apple cider, cranberries,  and Cameo, Granny Smith, and Red Delicious apples.

Shares the Week of December 11, 2017

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: parsley or mint, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, Chinese cabbage or baby bok choy, red leaf or Romaine lettuce, Daikon or red radish, and Jonagold apples. 

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, and fennel, acorn squash, rosemary, plus either kale, Mizuna, or collards. 

Fruit Only Shares: a trio of apple varieties - Fuji, Mutsu, and Jonamac, plus dried strawberries.

Shares Week of December 4, 2017

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: sweet potatoes, Delicata squash, crimini mushrooms, lettuce, cauliflower or broccoli, red and yellow onions, Pink lady apples, and rosemary or thyme. 

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: all of the above, plus rutabagas, chinese cabbage, parsley, and either Tuscan Kale or Swiss Chard.

Fruit Only Shares: apples: Cameo, Jonamac, and either Golden or Red Delicious, and a persimmon.

Highland Orchards Farm Market, is a small, family-owned and operated farm in northern Delaware, established 1832. We grow fruits and vegetables without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. We sell our produce through our farm market located on the farm, through our CSA program, and at two farmers’ markets in Philadelphia. Real food, a real farm, for people who really like to eat!
