CSA Shares the Week of March 25, 2019

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: escarole, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, both Pink Lady and Red Delicious apples, and fresh greens: either arugula, baby bok choy, spinach, red Bibb lettuce, or red oak lettuce.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, and beets, broccoli, leeks, and mint.

Fruit Only Shares: a quart of canned peaches, and apples: Golden Delicious, Empire, and Fuji.

CSA Shares the Week of March 18, 2019

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: spring mix, parsnips, gold potatoes, carrots, spinach, broccoli, cilantro, both Pink Lady and Golden Delicious apples, and a jar of jam.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus Brussels sprouts, celery root, thyme, and either Swiss chard or kale.

Fruit Only Shares: Pink Lady, Fuji, and Empire apples, as well as a jar of jam.

CSA Shares the Week of March 4, 2019

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: Brussels sprouts, beets, lettuce, carrots, sweet potatoes, garlic, Empire apples, Pink Lady apples, and split peas (with a soup recipe!).

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus Swiss chard, escarole, onions, and either mint or parsley.

Fruit Only Shares: a quart of canned peaches, and apples: Red Delicious, Fuji, and Pink Lady.
