Mint

We grow spearmint, curly mint, and chocolate mint (our favorite and the one you will see most in your shares and in the store). Mint is a perennial herb and will spread fairly easily so your best bet is to grow it in containers.

Storage: Keep mint in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week. Wash just before using.

Preparation: Wash and dry mint just before using. It can be eaten raw, added to drinks, used in soups, paired with lamb, and more.
