Large and Veggies with Fruit: lima beans, green beans, Tuscan kale or Swiss chard, chives or sorrel, 1/4 watermelon or a cantaloupe, corn, tomatoes, onions, peppers, eggplant, lettuce, carrots, basil or cilantro, and pears.
Fruit only: figs, peaches, grapes, and a cantaloupe or 1/4 watermelon.
And the seasonal fruit of the week is either a cantaloupe or 1/4 watermelon and an apple.
