LARGE: Brussels sprouts, scallions, spring mix, celery leaf, sweet potatoes, garlic, carrots, broccoli, escarole or baby bok choy, lettuce, chives or sorrel, and apples: Fuji and Pink Lady. 

FRUIT ONLY: dried cranberries, and apples: Fuji, Pink Lady, and Crimson Crisp. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is crimson crisp apples.

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, bottom round roast, chicken legs, bacon, pork loin, and ground pork.

CHICKEN ONLY: a whole chicken, breast, legs, and various chicken sausages.
