Napa Cabbage

Napa Cabbage is a types of 'Chinese Cabbage.' It is a cool season vegetable - look for it in late fall through late spring. It's oval-shaped head consists of light green crinkly leaves with wide white stems. Napa cabbage can be eaten raw or cooked.

Storage: Keep napa cabbage in a bag in the fridge for weeks.

Preparation: Trim the base and remove any leaves that are discolored. Rinse in water and dry.
