CSAs the Week of 2/17/25

 SMALL: red potatoes, Brussels sprouts, radishes, broccoli, lettuce, mushrooms, parsley, and Evercrisp apples. 

LARGE: sweet potatoes, 1/2 cabbage, spinach, sorrel, red potatoes, Brussels sprouts, radishes, broccoli, lettuce, mushrooms, parsley, and Evercrisp apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: dried cherries and apples - Pink Lady, Fuji, and Evercrisp. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Evercrisp apples.

 SMALL: sweet potatoes, carrots, baby bok choy, escarole, lettuce, scallions, dill or celery leaf, Evercrisp apples, and Pink Lady apples.

LARGE: kale or chard, Tokyo bekana or Brussels sprouts, winter squash or heirloom pumpkin, parsley, sweet potatoes, carrots, baby bok choy, escarole, lettuce, scallions, dill or celery leaf, Evercrisp apples, and Pink Lady apples.

FRUIT ONLY: Fuji, Pink Lady, and Evercrisp apples plus dried cranberries. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Fuji apples.

CSAs the Week of 2/3/25

SMALL: baby spinach, lettuce, broccoli, gold potatoes, garlic, red and yellow onions, cilantro, and Fuji and both Pink Lady apples.

LARGE: cauliflower, 1/2 celery root, beets, carrots, sorrel, baby spinach, lettuce, broccoli, gold potatoes, garlic, red and yellow onions, cilantro, and both Fuji and Pink Lady apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: Fuji, Golden Delicious, and Pink Lady apples plus dried cranberries.

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, sirloin steaks, either a lamb roast OR lamb chops plus ground lamb, boneless chicken breasts, and turkey (legs, backs, giblets, and/or wings). 

CHICKEN ONLY: tomato basil sausage, a whole chicken, chicken legs, and boneless breasts. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Granny Smith apples.
