This week's CSAs have the following:
Small: beets, winter squash (either acorn, Delicata, or Butternut), Daikon radish, mushrooms, cauliflower or broccoli, lettuce, mint or parsley, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.
Large: tatsoi or Mizuna, kohlrabi, baking potatoes, lemongrass or thyme, beets, winter squash (either acorn, Delicata, or Butternut), both Daikon and red radishes, mushrooms, cauliflower or broccoli, lettuce, mint or parsley, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples.
Fruit Only: Stayman apples, Fuji apples, Granny Smith apples, and a persimmon.
Also, the seasonal fruit of the week is Gala apples.
