This week's CSAs have the following:
Small Veggies with Fruit Shares: leeks, red potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, kale, spinach, thyme or cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Mutsu apples.
Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: butternut squash, escarole or lettuce, parsnips, cabbage (red or green), oregano or chives, leeks, red potatoes, carrots, kale, spinach, thyme or cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Mutsu apples.
Fruit Only Shares: dried apples, Fuji apples, Mutsu apples, and Gala apples.
The seasonal fruit of the week is Autumn Crisp apples.
