Small/Large Veggies with Fruit: a quart of apple cider, broccoli, romaine lettuce, spaghetti squash, shallots, radishes, mint, Bosc pears, and Pink Lady apples.
Large Veggies with Fruit: all of the above plus parsnips, broccoli rabe, celery root, onions, and a sprig of bay leaves.
Fruit Only: cranberries, both Honey Crisp and Fuji apples, Bosc pears and a quart of apple cider.
