CSAs the Week of 1/26/26

SMALL: Gold potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic, baby bok choy, cilantro, and apples.

LARGE: The above items in larger quantities, plus sweet potatoes, lettuce, kale or chard, and parsley.

FRUIT ONLY: cider and apples – Fuji, Crimson Crisp, and Honey crisp. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Pink Lady apples.

SMALL: Broccoli or cauliflower, sweet potatoes, onions, Brussels' sprouts, lettuce, either spinach or chard, thyme, and Crimson crisp apples. 

LARGE: all of the above, plus celery root, escarole, either mustard greens or kale, and celery leaf. 

FRUIT ONLY: apples – Pink Lady, Evercrisp, Crimson Crisp, and Honeycrisp. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Fuji apples.

SMALL: winter squash, onions, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower, baby bok choy, escarole, garlic, Pink Lady apples, and Evercrisp apples.

LARGE: the above items, plus sweet potatoes, Daikon and/or other radishes, arugula, and parsley.

FRUIT ONLY: dried cranberries and apples: Fuji, Enterprise and Crimson Crisp. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Enterprise apples.

CSAs the Weekof 1/5/26

SMALL: gold potatoes, onions, 1/2 cabbage, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower, kale, sorrel, Fuji apples, and Granny Smith apples.

LARGE: the above items plus beets, Brussels sprouts, parsnips, and cilantro. 

FRUIT ONLY: four varieties of apples – Suncrisp, Fuji, Honeycrisp and Granny Smith.

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, stew meat, bacon, pork chops, ground pork, a whole chicken and turkey parts – legs, wings, back, neck, and/or giblets. 

CHICKEN ONLY: boneless breasts, legs, a whole chicken, and broccoli rabe sausage.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Suncrisp apples
