CSAs the Week of 12/29/25

SMALL: acorn squash, baby bok choy, broccoli or cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, lettuce, onions, parsley, and apples.

LARGE: all of the above, plus Swiss chard, either kale or mustard greens, Tokyo bekana, and garlic.

FRUIT ONLY: Honeycrisp apples, Fuji apples, Evercrisp apples, and mixed pears. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Honeycrisp apples.

CSAs the Week of 12/22/25

SMALL: sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, either broccoli or cauliflower, lettuce, cilantro, either cranberries or Seckel pears, Fuji, apples, and Evercrisp apples. 

LARGE: all of the above plus radishes, red cabbage, leeks, and sorrel.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries, Fuji apples, Honeycrisp apples, and pears - Asian, Seckel, and/or Bosc. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Honeycrisp apples.

SMALL: red potatoes, garlic, broccoli or cauliflower, scallions, lettuce, cranberries, parsley or sage, Fuji apples, and EverCrisp apples.

LARGE: all of the above, plus Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes or salad turnips kale, and chives.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries, Pink, Lady apples, Granny Smith, apples, and Honeycrisp apples.

CSAs the Week of 12/8/25

SMALL: Brussels sprouts, onions, broccoli or cauliflower, salad turnips, lettuce, escarole, lemongrass or thyme, Honeycrisp apples and Fuji apples.

LARGE: all of the above plus gold potatoes, Daikon radish or red radishes, sorrel, and cranberries. 

FRUIT ONLY: Honeycrisp apples, Evercrisp apples, Bosc pears, and Seckel pears. 

MEAT TRIO: Bacon, top or bottom round beef roast, whole chicken, and lamb chops or pork chops.

CHICKEN ONLY: spinach feta sausage, boneless breasts, legs, and a whole chicken.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Seckel pears.
