FRUIT ONLY: rhubarb, apples, and maybe/hopefully strawberries.
The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is either Pink Lady apples or possibly strawberries.
MEAT TRIO: short ribs, ground beef, bacon, boneless chicken breasts, breakfast links, pork chops, and a ham slice.
CHICKEN ONLY: a whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, and tomato basil sausage.
