Happy first day of Spring! Here is what we are planning for the CSA shares the week of March 20th.
Small: onions, kale, potatoes, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, cilantro, and fuji apples
Large: the above plus baby bok choy, Tokyo bekana or broccoli rabe, sweet potatoes, and thyme or dill
Fruit Only: dried cranberries, and fuji, pink lady, and evercrisp apples
