CSAs the Week of 11/17/25

SMALL: sweet potatoes, salad turnips, either broccoli or cauliflower, lettuce, sorrel, thyme, cranberries, and Pink Lady apples.

LARGE: Gold potatoes, Daikon radish, Swiss chard, cilantro, sweet potatoes, salad turnips, either broccoli or cauliflower, lettuce, sorrel, thyme, cranberries, and Pink Lady apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries, persimmons, Fuji apples, and Honeycrisp apples. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is persimmons.

 SMALL: Gold potatoes, onions, butternut squash, carrots, kohlrabi or cabbage, baby bok choy or Tokyo bekana, lemongrass, Bosc pears, and Fuji apples.

LARGE: broccoli rabe or Daikon radish, escarole or mustard greens, dandelion greens, mint or oregano, butternut squash, gold potatoes, onions, carrots, kohlrabi or cabbage, baby bok choy or Tokyo bekana, lemongrass, Bosc pears, and Fuji apples.

FRUIT ONLY: Bosc pears, Bartlett pears, Arkansas Black apples, and persimmons. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Bartlett pears.

SMALL: acorn squash, broccoli or cauliflower, fennel, lettuce, radishes, spinach, cilantro, Bosc pears, and EverCrisp apples.

LARGE: onions, Tokyo bekana, baby bok choy, acorn squash, broccoli or cauliflower, fennel, lettuce, radishes, spinach, cilantro, parsley or dill, Bosc pears, and EverCrisp apples.

FRUIT ONLY: Bosc pears, Bartlett pears, Fuji apples, Crimson Crisp apples. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Bartlett pears. 

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, beef cubes, minute steak, pork loin roast, bacon, and boneless chicken breasts. 

CHICKEN ONLY: A whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, and tomato basil sausage.
