This week’s CSAs have the following items:
Small Veggies with Fruit: spinach or kale, broccoli, Boston lettuce or Romaine, fennel, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, horseradish root, Pink Lady apples, and Granny Smith apples.
Large Veggies Veggies with Fruit: snow peas or baby bok choy, Swiss chard or mustard greens, celery root, horseradish root, spinach or kale, broccoli, Boston lettuce or Romaine, fennel, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, Pink Lady apples, and Granny Smith apples.
Fruit only: dried apples, Gold Rush apples, Cameo apples, and Granny Smith apples.
Plus, the seasonal fruit of the week is Gold Rush apples.

Small: Spinach, 1/2 cabbage, sweet potatoes, onions, brussels, dried peas, fuji and pink lady apples, and parsley.
Large: Spinach, cabbage, sweet potatoes, onions, brussels, dried peas, rutabaga, kale or lettuce, carrots, fuji and pink lady apples, turmeric, parsley.
Fruit Only: Apple cider or dried strawberries, cameo, fuji, and mutsu or gold rush apples.

Happy first day of March! Here is what we are packing in shares this week:
Small Veggies with Fruit: spinach, Romaine, escarole, red potatoes, a pint of apple cider, carrots, onions, garlic, Mutsu apples, and Pink Lady apples
Large Veggies with Fruit: snow peas or arugula, kohlrabi or mustard greens, leeks, garlic, a pint of apple cider, spinach, Romaine, escarole, red potatoes, carrots, onions, Mutsu apples, and Pink Lady apples.
Fruit only: Cameo apples, Fuji apples, Granny Smith apples, and apple cider.
Plus, the seasonal fruit of the week is Fuji apples.
