CSAs the Week of 2/24/2020

Small Veggies with Fruit Shares: sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, spinach, lettuce or arugula, carrots, parsley, Pink Lady apples, and Fuji apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: baby bok choy, kale, baby red or fingerling potatoes, thyme, sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, spinach, lettuce or arugula, carrots, parsley, Pink Lady apples, and Fuji apples.

Fruit Only Shares: dried cranberries, and apples: Fuji, Pink Lady, and Cameo.

Small Veggie with Fruit shares: winter squash, leeks, garlic, crimini mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Cameo apples.

Large Veggie with Fruit shares: purple and gold potatoes, cabbage, mint, either collards or Swiss chard or mustard greens, winter squash, leeks, garlic, crimini mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, cilantro, Pink Lady apples, and Cameo apples.

Fruit Only shares:  apple cider, cranberries, Pink Lady apples, Cameo apples, and Fuji apples.

Small Veggies with Fruit shares: Brussels sprouts, red potatoes, broccoli, kale or Swiss chard, carrots, escarole or spinach, parsley, Fuji apples, and Pink Lady apples. 

Large Veggies with Fruit shares: baby bok choy, kohlrabi, Boston lettuce, rosemary or oregano, Brussels sprouts, red potatoes, broccoli, carrots, Swiss chard or kale, parsley, and either spinach or escarole.

Fruit Only shares: dried apples, and three varieties of apples: Pink Lady, Fuji, and Golden Delicious.

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, radishes, baby bok choy or spring mix, onions, thyme or rosemary, Pink Lady apples and Golden Delicious apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: larger helpings of the above items, plus endive or lettuce, dried fava beans, escarole, and cutting celery.

Fruit Only Shares: Fuji, Cameo, and Golden Delicious apples, and dried strawberries.
