Shares the Week of January 28, 2019

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: sweet potatoes, parsnips, spinach, broccoli, onions, turnip(s), Mutsu and Cameo apples, parsley or chives, and a surprise jar.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus carrots, red cabbage, thyme, and 1 lb. dried fava beans (with a recipe!).

Fruit Only Fruit Shares: Bosc pears, Golden delicious apples. Granny Smith apples, dried strawberries, and cider.

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: gold potatoes, broccoli, beets, escarole, carrots, radishes, apple cider, parsley, Bosc pears, and Cameo apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus red onions, arugula, chives, and either Swiss chard or kohlrabi.

Fruit Only Shares: both Mutsu and Fuji apples, Bosc pears, and apple cider.

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: red potatoes, spinach, radishes, Romaine, onions, broccoli, garlic, Bosc pears, and Cameo apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, and mushrooms, baby bok choy, either broccoli rabe or spring rabe, and cilantro.

Fruit Only Shares: dried cranberries, Bosc pears, and both Mutsu and Fuji apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, and parsnips, fennel, spinach, and mint.

Fruit Only Shares: Cameo apples, Bosc pears, and Golden Delicious apples.

2018 Share History

Take a peak back at what the 2018 shares looked liked. Below is when we harvested everything that went into the shares. There's a lot, so the font is pretty small. You may want to break out your glasses for this. Or, just get super close to the computer and squint like I do.







Highland Orchards Farm Market, is a small, family-owned and operated farm in northern Delaware, established 1832. We grow fruits and vegetables without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. We sell our produce through our farm market located on the farm, through our CSA program, and at two farmers’ markets in Philadelphia. Real food, a real farm, for people who really like to eat!
