CSAs the Week of 1/13/25

SMALL: red potatoes, garlic, onions, broccoli, lettuce, fennel, parsley, and a mix of apples. 

LARGE: red or green cabbage, Daikon radish or salad turnips, mizuna, dill, red potatoes, garlic onions, broccoli, lettuce, fennel, parsley, and a mix of apples.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries and mixed apples.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is mixed apples.

CSAs the Week of 1/6/25

SMALL: sweet potatoes, baby bok choy, broccoli, carrots, escarole, lettuce, cilantro, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.

LARGE: gold potatoes, salad turnips, radishes, sorrel, sweet potatoes, broccoli, baby bok choy, carrots, escarole, lettuce, cilantro, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: apples – Evercrisp, Fuji, Pink Lady, and Arkansas Black.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Evercrisp apples. 

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, stew meat, bacon, pork chops, whole chicken, and turkey - either back, neck, giblets, leg and/wing OR 1/2 breast. 

CHICKEN ONLY: legs, breasts, a whole chicken, and broccoli rabe sausages.

LARGE: potatoes or cauliflower, escarole, Mizuna, dill, winter squash, onions, garlic, broccoli, lettuce, spinach, parsley, Crimson Crisp apples, and Golden Delicious apples.

FRUIT ONLY: dried cranberries and apples - Fuji, Granny Smith, and Crimson crisp.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Pink Lady apples.

LARGE: parsnips, beets, Mizuna or broccoli rabe, cilantro, Brussels sprouts, gold potatoes, red cabbage or kohlrabi, salad turnips, carrots, baby bok choy, chives, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries and apples: Evercrisp, Granny Smith, and Fuji.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries and apples (Fuji, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith.)
