CSAs the Week of 5/5/25
SMALL: asparagus, broccoli, collards, lettuce, radishes, sweet potatoes, chives, and apples.
LARGE: cauliflower, baby bok choy, kale, sorrel, asparagus, broccoli, collards, lettuce, radishes, sweet potatoes, chives, and apples.
FRUIT ONLY: rhubarb and apples.
MEAT TRIO: lamb loin chops, bacon, breakfast links, a ham slice, stew meat, pork chops, and boneless chicken breasts.
CHICKEN ONLY: boneless breasts, a whole chicken, legs, and tomato basil sausage.
The seasonal fruit of the week add-on is apples.
