Shares Week of April 24, 2017

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: asparagus, kale, garlic, arugula, spinach, gold potatoes, cilantro, apples: both Granny Smith and Fuji, and a quart of apple cider,

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: all of the above and, carrots, sorrel, lettuce, sage and a celery root or either rutabagas or turnips.

Fruit Only Shares: rhubarb, Cameo apples, Granny Smith apples, and a quart of apple cider.

Shares Week of April 17, 2017

Small/ Large Veggies with Fruit: beets, spring mix, scallions. carrots, mustard greens or kale - either Red Russian, Tuscan, or green curly, celery root, thyme or sorrel, Fuji apples, and a jar of fruit - either applesauce, peaches, or jam.

Large Veggies with Fruit: all of the above, plus Swiss chard, radishes, asparagus, lettuce and parley.

Fruit Only Shares: a trio of apple varieties: Granny Smith, Fuji, and Cameo, and a jar of strawberry or strawberry/rhubarb jam.

Each share that includes kale comes with a recipe!

Shares Week of April 10, 2017

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: small red potatoes, mushrooms, baby bok choy (with a recipe), broccoli, scallions, carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary, and Cameo apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: all of the above, plus spinach, leeks, spring mix, sweet potatoes, Granny Smith apples, and curly parsley.

Fruit Only Shares: dried cherries, Rome Beauty apples, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.

Shares Week of April 3, 2017

Small/Large Veggies and Fruit Shares: broccoli, spinach or lettuce, gold potatoes, spring mix. scallions. carrots, mint, and Golden Delicious apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: all of the above, plus Savoy cabbage, arugula, mustard greens or kale, garlic, and tarragon or dill.

Fruit Shares: dried strawberries, and a trio of apple varieties - Cameo, Fuji, and Granny Smith.
