Mizuna

Mizuna is a Japanese mustard green with a peppery flavor. It is often included in pre-made salad mixes. Mizuna has broad serrated leaves with thin stalks. It looks similar to arugula.

Storage: Keep in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Do not wash until ready to use.

Preparation: Wash under running water and pat or spin dry. Eat raw in salads or add to stir-fries or soups. The stem is tender, so no need to remove.
