CSAs the a week of April 6, 2026

SMALL: gold potatoes, onions, radishes, Brussels sprouts, baby bok choy, lettuce, cilantro, Fuji apples, and Pink Lady apples. 

LARGE: the above items in larger quantities plus beets, carrots, kale, and thyme. 

FRUIT ONLY: dried cranberries and apples - Fuji, Evercrisp, and Pink Lady. 

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, bottom round roast, bacon, pork loin, and either 2 Cornish hens or 1 whole chicken. 

CHICKEN ONLY: tomato basil sausage, chicken legs, boneless breasts, and a whole chicken. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Evercrisp apples.
