CSAs the Week of 2/9/26

SMALL: baby butternut squash, broccoli, carrots, onions, escarole, dill and mixed apples.

LARGE: the above items in larger quantities, plus turnips or rutabagas, kale or chard, spinach, and thyme. 

FRUIT ONLY: cider or dried cranberries and apples - Pink Lady, Fuji, and Evercrisp.

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, sirloin, ground pork, bacon, pork chops, bacon wrapped chicken bites, and boneless chicken breasts. 

CHICKEN ONLY: a whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, and tomato basil sausage. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Macintosh apples.
