SMALL: A pumpkin or crookneck squash, onions, baby spinach, carrots, celery root, broccoli or cauliflower, an Asian pear, Pink Lady apples, and either mint or oregano. 

LARGE: beets, radishes, either mustard greens or dandelion greens or broccoli raab, a pumpkin or crookneck squash, onions, baby spinach, carrots, celery root, broccoli or cauliflower, Asian pears, Pink Lady apples, mint or oregano, and either sorrel or basil.

FRUIT ONLY: Asian pears, persimmon, crimson crisp apples, and Seckel pears.

SEASONAL FRUIT add-on: Seckel pears. 

MEAT TRIO: pork loin roast, bacon, sausage, ground beef, two beef fillets, and a whole chicken.

CHICKEN ONLY: legs, breasts, a whole chicken, and chicken sausage.
