This week the CSAs have the following:
Small: sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, fennel, celery root, red/yellow onions, Boston Bibb or Romaine lettuce, garlic, and Pink Lady apples.
Large: sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, fennel, celery root, red/yellow onions, Boston Bibb or Romaine lettuce, arugula, fingerling or red potatoes, kale or dandelion greens, Pink Lady apples, cilantro or sage, and garlic.
Fruit Only: cranberries, persimmons, Pink Lady apples, and Fuji apples.
And, the seasonal fruit of the week is Gala apples.
