Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: Brussels sprouts, beets, lettuce, carrots, sweet potatoes, garlic, Empire apples, Pink Lady apples, and split peas (with a soup recipe!). Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: the above items, plus Swiss chard, escarole, onions, and either mint or parsley.
