Summer Squash
Summer squash includes yellow squash, zucchini, patty pan, eight ball squash, and more. Squash is good grilled, stuffed, fried, and even raw.
Storage
: Keep summer squash in the vegetable drawer in the fridge for a few days.
Preparation
: Wash thoroughly and slice, dice, or shred as your recipe dictates. The skin is very tender so no need to peel.
