CSAs the Week of 1/27/25

SMALL: sweet potatoes, cabbage, radishes, broccoli, lettuce, spinach, parsley, Evercrisp apples, and Pink Lady apples.

LARGE: gold potatoes, garlic, kale or chard, dill, sweet potatoes, cabbage, radishes, broccoli, lettuce, parsley, Evercrisp apples, and Pink Lady apples.

FRUIT ONLY: apple cider and apples - Fuji, Golden Delicious, and Pink Lady.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Fuji apples.

CSAs the Week of 1/20/25

SMALL: winter squash, red onions, carrots, Brussels sprouts, kale, mushrooms, celery leaf or sorrel, and Fuji apples. 

LARGE: parsnips, either beets, salad turnips, or Daikon, winter squash, collards or spinach, cilantro, red onions, carrots, Brussels sprouts, kale, mushrooms, sorrel or celery leaf, and Fuji apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: apple cider and apples - Evercrisp, Fuji, and Granny Smith. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Pink Lady apples.

CSAs the Week of 1/13/25

SMALL: red potatoes, garlic, onions, broccoli, lettuce, fennel, parsley, and a mix of apples. 

LARGE: red or green cabbage, Daikon radish or salad turnips, mizuna, dill, red potatoes, garlic onions, broccoli, lettuce, fennel, parsley, and a mix of apples.

FRUIT ONLY: cranberries and mixed apples.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is mixed apples.

CSAs the Week of 1/6/25

SMALL: sweet potatoes, baby bok choy, broccoli, carrots, escarole, lettuce, cilantro, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples.

LARGE: gold potatoes, salad turnips, radishes, sorrel, sweet potatoes, broccoli, baby bok choy, carrots, escarole, lettuce, cilantro, Granny Smith apples, and Fuji apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: apples – Evercrisp, Fuji, Pink Lady, and Arkansas Black.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Evercrisp apples. 

MEAT TRIO: ground beef, stew meat, bacon, pork chops, whole chicken, and turkey - either back, neck, giblets, leg and/wing OR 1/2 breast. 

CHICKEN ONLY: legs, breasts, a whole chicken, and broccoli rabe sausages.
