CSAS THE WEEK OF 9/2/24

SMALL: peppers, corn, eggplant, summer squash, tomatoes, lettuce, either mint or parsley, plus figs, and/or Asian pears. 

LARGE: acorn squash, baby bok choy, cucumbers, basil or rosemary, corn, eggplant, peppers, summer squash, tomatoes, lettuce, either mint or parsley, plus figs and/or Asian pears. 

FRUIT ONLY: cantaloupe, Asian pears, figs, and Italian plums. 

FLOWER SHARE: sunflowers, marigolds, dahlias, rudbeckia, celosia, and/or lisianthus, etc. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is: 1/2 watermelon.

SMALL: peppers, corn, 1/2 cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, Ginger Gold apples, and peaches. 

LARGE: eggplant, zucchini, green beans, chives, corn, 1/2 cabbage, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, Ginger Gold apples, and peaches. 

FRUIT ONLY: plums, grapes, Ginger Gold apples, and peaches. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is Italian blue plums. 

FLOWER SHARES: a mix of celosia, gomphrena, zinnias, lisianthus, rudbeckia and assorted seasonal blooms.

LARGE: leeks, celery, dandelion greens or chard, mint, parsley or basil, corn, carrots, eggplant, sweet peppers (+ possible a hot one), tomatoes, lettuce, peaches, and Ginger Gold apples. 

FRUIT ONLY: peaches, grapes or figs, Ginger Gold apples, and Gala apples. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is Gala apples. 

FLOWER SHARES: lisianthus, dahlias, rudbeckia, marigolds, gomphrena, and/or celosia.

LARGE: fennel, cucumber, baby bok choy, thyme, spinach, potatoes, corn, tomatoes, peppers (Cubanelle and jalapeño), lettuce, chives, Gala apples, and peaches. 

FRUIT ONLY: peaches, blueberries or gooseberries, and Gala apples. 

FLOWER SHARES: bouquets of dahlias, rudbeckia, lisianthus, ageratum, and/or zinnias. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week is either blueberries or George Washington pears.

Large: the above plus okra, potatoes, chard or dandelion greens, a hot pepper, and oregano

Fruit Only: honey melon or cantaloupe, peaches, blueberries or gooseberries, and satsuma plums

Flower: lisianthus, rudbeckia, dahlia, snapdragons, etc

Trio: minute steaks, ground beef, boneless pork chops, bacon, apple maple grillers, and chicken legs and/or boneless breasts

Chicken Only: whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, spinach feta sausage
