CSAS THE WEEK OF 5/27/24

SMALL: asparagus, Kirby cucumbers, gold potatoes, baby bok choy or zucchini, scallions, lettuce, rosemary or thyme, and strawberries.

LARGE: broccoli, Tokyo bekana, radishes or horseradish, cilantro, gold potatoes, Kirby cucumbers, baby bok choy or zucchini, asparagus, scallions, lettuce, rosemary or thyme, and strawberries.

FRUIT ONLY: strawberries and rhubarb.

FLOWER SHARES: peonies.

CSA THE WEEK OF 5/20/24

SMALL: sweet potatoes, asparagus, onions, spinach, chard or kale, lettuce or Spring mix, dill and mint, and strawberries.

LARGE: asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, Kirby cucumbers, sweet potatoes, onions, spinach, kale or chard, lettuce or spring mix, mint and oregano, and strawberries.

FRUIT ONLY: strawberries and rhubarb.

FLOWER: bouquets of gladiolus, snapdragons, peonies, and/or sunflowers.

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is strawberries.

SMALL: asparagus, garlic, fennel, gold potatoes, carrots, lettuce, basil or parsley, and strawberries. 

LARGE: broccoli rabe, sorrel, scallions, mint & dill, asparagus, garlic, fennel, garlic, gold potatoes, carrots, lettuce, basil or parsley, apples, and strawberries. 

FRUIT ONLY: rhubarb, strawberries, and apples. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is strawberries. 

FLOWER SHARES: peonies, gladiolus, or sunflowers.

CSAS THE WEEK OF 5/6/2024

SMALL: asparagus, rhubarb, red potatoes, Swiss chard, lettuce, spinach, mint or chives, and mixed apples.

LARGE: asparagus, rhubarb, parsnips, radishes, cabbage, kale or dandelion, dill, mint or chives, and mixed apples.

FRUIT ONLY: rhubarb, apples, and maybe/hopefully strawberries. 

The SEASONAL FRUIT of the week add-on is either Pink Lady apples or possibly strawberries.

MEAT TRIO: short ribs, ground beef, bacon, boneless chicken breasts, breakfast links, pork chops, and a ham slice.

CHICKEN ONLY: a whole chicken, legs, boneless breasts, and tomato basil sausage.
