Shares week of 1/30/17

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: kale, broccoli or cauliflower, a jar of applesauce, spinach, sweet potatoes, spring mix, turnips, oregano or chives, and Granny Smith apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit:  all of the above plus beets, red cabbage, watercress, onions, Jonagold apples and cilantro.

Fruit Only: a pint of applesauce, Bosc pears, Cameo apples, and Rome Beauty apples.

Shares Week of 1/23/17

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit Shares: garlic, dandelion greens, gold and purple potatoes, leeks, sweet potatoes, carrots, thyme, and apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit Share: all of the above plus Brussels sprouts, spinach, red onions, acorn or Delicata squash, and bay leaves.

Fruit Only: dried apples, Golden Delicious, Pink Lady, and Empire apples.

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit: radishes, broccoli, Kobocha or a mini Hubbbard squash, kohlrabi, crimini mushrooms, carrots, rosemary or thyme, Bosc pears and Fuji Apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit: all of the above plus Swiss chard, broccoli rabe, gold potatoes, bok choy, and cilantro.

Fruit Only: cranberries, Bosc pears, Mutsu apples, and Pink Lady apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit: all of the above, plus Delicata squash, spinach, watercress, turnips, and oregano.

Fruit Only: a quart of apple cider, Bosc pears, Cameo apples, and Mutsu apples.

Small/Large Veggies with Fruit: sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts, spaghetti or acorn squash, spinach, parsnips, onions, parsley, and Crimson Crisp apples.

Large Veggies with Fruit: above contents plus garlic, dandelion greens, kale or lettuce, carrots, thyme, and Mutsu apples.

Fruit Only: a pint of applesauce, Bosc pears, Fuji and Pink Lady apples.

Highland Orchards Farm Market, is a small, family-owned and operated farm in northern Delaware, established 1832. We grow fruits and vegetables without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. We sell our produce through our farm market located on the farm, through our CSA program, and at two farmers’ markets in Philadelphia. Real food, a real farm, for people who really like to eat!
